Combined forums

You may notice that the MySpace User forum has gone. I have combined the General Chat section with that of the MySpace Site Owners forum and moved the FAQ and MySpace Help sections with the Site Owners forum as there was almost no distinction between the two forums.

It's just a minor change, but gets rid of unneeded whitespace that was pushing everything else down.
