Can you say a little about the functions that you would like? Macromedia/Adobe also have a product called Contribute. If you need a html editor, I can recommend Macromedia/Adobe Homesite or html kit.

I like UltraEdit since it has the syntax highlighting. Dreamweaver is good too.
