I think it would, it looks awesome.
The only thing I would do different is make the border glitter a bit lighter and maybe 3 frames.

That's REALLY nice except for the glitter fill used for the background looks too "in your face"
Keep it as it is, just change the back fill to one from some other site like lirae.co.uk
Oh, she's taken them down, maybe try PMing "Carlee"

It is three frames, Though the background glitter does make it seem two.

Those sorts of "comments" are popular to put on your own profile, lol. The people using them normally consider themselves to be the sexiest person you'll ever meet or whatever. >.<

I don't know why people don't like the darker border, I love it.. and I love how the darker borders look on a black background.

Agreed. Always use three frames... i learned that =] looks good though

I'd maybe make the silver border lighter by using another fill, but otherwise I love it! Funny quote used LOL!
