Best idea for a site

I went to bed last night, and i was thinking about the internet and i had the best idea ever for a website.

But when i woke up, I can't remember it :(

I know the feeling. Lucky for qwerty keypads on cell phones. I never miss the chance to jot down the "next best thing". :)

I always keep a notepad and pencil next to my bed for just such an event.

Never forgotten any of my ideas, and have great new ideas every so often.
Isn't it funny, does this happen to lots of people, thinking up their best ideas during dreams?!
Coz ALL my ideas come up in my sleep and I have big dreams of me in offices building it etc then wake up..and remember :)

Not only do I not remember my dreams, but also, I can never come up with great ideas, or if I do, I ALWAYS forget.
I forget what I say 5 minutes ago, so I think that may be a problem.

Whenever I get a great idea I always start working on it immediatly at least starting the project and doing like 2 or 3 hours worth of work that way its embedded in my mind......I have had several nights where I will wake up with an idea at 2 am and get up and work on it till 5am then go back to bed for a couple hours

I dunno if anyone here has million-dollar ideas, as to my knowledge noone here is a multi-millionaire, but some of the ideas could be huge money spinners :P

Thats the only bad part is I have had several really good ideas that could generate some serious revenue but they all require a few G to get properly implemented (programmer fees) which unfortunatly I dont have.

I couldn't remember much when I was 15/16 either but I think that had something to do with those wacky cigs I was smokin :whistling:

my friends usually give me ideas, becuasethey use myspace their liek "hay this is what we need" more of this, more of that, no other sites have these" ect ect

but im lazy with myspace this year heheheh...need to turnm these ideas into reality.

lol I hate that. I used to dream all the time and would wake up with what I swore were the best ideas ever and then fall back asleep only to forget in the morning too lol. So I started keeping a notepad next to my bed so I could jot down the ideas when I woke up. Well that didn't usually work out because when I did write something it was usually ******ish and didn't make sense lol. So then I started keeping a tape recorder next to my bed for the same reason but hoped maybe me saying whatever it was would be easier to understand than the chicken scratches heheh. Well that turned out just as silly and even really really strange sometimes. I wish I would have kept those tapes because there was some crazy weird stuff on them.

But although it usually didn't work out well there were actually a few times when I did have some really cool idea or something that made it all worth it :).

Now I rarely dream or remember doing it :(.
