KH1 is BLACKMAILING me saying he's going to post a thread about me so, here, let me do it for you.

KH1 and I traded awhile back for some myspace accounts, for the gens that Vulcan had given to me to give away from my shop. KH1 was having some problems with them, and asked me if he could ask Vulcan for help - and I said yes. Vulcan verifed with me that I did give him the gens, and said he would take care of whatever issue he was having.

Next thing I know, KH1 asked for a STORE credit to my online shop. Which, I gave him.

Okay, now...

After me sending him 3-4 PM's as of Feb 27th, asking for payment from the group buy - they went unanwered every time. I then seen him posting on the boards recently, so I pmed him and told him i noticed his recent activity. Well, he then replied saying he will NOT pay until the whole pack was done. I responded with this:

I'm sorry, but this is not okay. It clearly stated in the original post that payment would be due once half the pack was created. I ahve a great rep on here, and there are posts in the thread about how great the pack is.

When you joined the group buy, you agreed to the rules/guidelines which was that you would pay when the first half was completed.

The group buy pack wasn't apart of my shop. :-/ I gave you a $65 STORE credit. If you can show me proof that I said this to you, then I will abide by that. However, I do not remember agreeing to that, as I did give you STORE credit. If I remember correctly you said STORE credit was fine.I will have to go through my messages, if it's a must to get the exact information.

And I have not received a SINGLE PM from you since I have sent out the first PM on Feb 27th asking for payment.

I am very well respected on this forum and this industry and my sites are much larger than yours. I will publicly post that you ripped me off for these accounts if you'd like.

I am going to make all of this public and you will lose more than $75 guaranteed. I am VERY respected in my industry and get flown all over the world for free out of respect. Your 512 posts dont mean a thing since most of them are telling the mods and owners how to run the place (who btw are sick of your **** already).

and, you just lied to me which I will also make public. I have screenshots of all the accounts you spammed me on..... and I will also put that in my post about why people should not do business with you.

I have to leave, so I will not be able to repsond to this for a few hours. I just wanted to make sure I made that clear, so no one thought i was avoiding the situation or anything of the sort. I have some family emergancy issues to attend to now, and wont be back for a few hours. I will the read all the rant and raves and respond when i get back.

The most that has happened to them, was added some friends. No advertising, nothing. Havn't had the chance. I was actually getting ready to sell them because I don't have time for them anymore (considering the "new job" thread)

I sold ONE of the accounts to (or traded, can't remember) a user. I told you I would PAY YOU for that account. That should be the only account, considering I am not using it. I did at first say that I did not di any advertising, but I did send you a PM correcting my mistake, and telling you about me giving away an account, didn't I? I did not lie, it was a simple mistake that I quickly corrected.

It's funny you tell me my prices are through the roof, because i get SOO many users telling me the COMPLETE opposite. But of course, that's your opinion, in which EVERYONE is entitled to.

Un-reasonable? I'm sorry you feel that way. I know many members of this forum can argue with that :-/, but again, thats a personal opinion.

She thinks she can outsmart the whole forum because suddenly she can pay her groceries and bills making glitter graphics + layouts and thinks she is a genius and better than everyone. It's evident in all her posts. She treats myspace pros as her little private playland and not a place of business and I know it pisses off alot of the big earners here who dont' want the forum cluttered with bs.

I WILL SAY THIS though. I have worked with Precious. I have purchased large amounts of stuff from her and been happy. The one problem that did come up during a transaction, she QUICKLY offered to make right and she went above and beyond what was expected to solve the problem. So, while I do not know the entire story going on now, and I do not know kh1, I have had good results with Precious, and have found her to be honest and willing to fix any problems.

I really hope the two of you can resolve this :)

Yesterday my friend IMed me telling me precious stole alot of my cousins stuff and when I went to her site, I didn't give her the benefit of the doubt because backgrounds I had personally made were there too. As soon as I PMed her about the stolen backgrounds, she immediately removed them. You should give her another chance, she seems like a good girl

And I did try to work this out in PM, both nicely and sternly.

She must have 'lost' all the nice ones.

I gave her:
I gave her 6 myspace accounts all between 1300 - 1800 friends, never been spammed before or used for bulletins etc, all 6 months old.

She gave me:
Nothing but the runaround and 5 useless, broken gens.

Everyone who does private business with me knows I go out of my way to make you happy, hence why I was giving away nearly $105 worth of myspace accounts for $65 worth of generators in the first place.

Some of you will never succeed because you let people like this pull the wool over your eyes and time over time again you will be scammed. I have been doing serious business for years and fly by night con artists like Precious are a dime a dozen.

Mark my words today, six months from now this woman will be nowhere to be found on Myspace pros, after extracting everything she can and finally pissing off the wrong people, and she'll be back with a new account.

wow, seems like this might be a time for both parties to just agree they won't do business together anymore and go their separate ways. I'm not one to jump in and pick sides but this seems like personal business that should have been kept private since no one is seemingly in direct danger of getting scammed by either member.

Both seem like respectable members, I've dealt with precious before but not kh1 though I'm sure he's a member in good standing but maybe keep some pride guys and move on?

I'm a little confused on what is going on because I PM'ed KH1 and told them that they I would install all 5 generators on their site but they said they would wait till their site was finished transferring to a new host. So I still had plans and they recently told me they were waiting till they switched hosts......

Thank you Vulcan! That's what I thought, was you were going to fix it for him/her, but then all of a sudden I get a PM saying they don't work, so he wants a store credit. Even though he still has all the generators and could use them, sell them, or whatever - I still offered to (and did give them) a store credit. I don't see how I was being unreasonable :-/

And you can send me $37.50 to cover the group buy, that's 50% off. I feel that's more than generous.

Please note however, that since I am returning to you what you gave to me (aside from one account, which i'm basically giving you $37.50 for) that the $65 store credit will no longer be in place.

I hope we can work this out to end this silly little feud out, without ruining either of our reputations.

That's fine by me. And to be honest I was sick of it at the beginning and decided I was gonna write it off and leave the group and decided not to post anything about you. So in that point you did jump the gun, because 99% chance I woulda though better. I will accept your offer, however, as I realize this is getting us nowhere as publicly arguing never does.
