myspace countdowns?

Anyone know were I can get just regular text countdowns? Rather then a big picture with the countdown on it.

like;

100 days, 3 hours, 20 minutes, 5seconds

something like that.

There's plenty of javascripts around but javascript is disabled on myspace if i remember correct, so I guess you could put it in an iframe or something? Idk bre im lost haha
