Im surprised MSP isn't blocked, anything with myspace in the domain is usually blocked - and youtube...all the good sites. Ebuddy is blocked, webmessenger too...and just recently I found a site that wasn't blocked (messengerfx.com) but now they've blocked it AHHHH DAMN

I pay for internet money at the school (for schoolwork ****) but I can't even go on anything fun...how lame indeed.

Well we have $10 internet credit but once we've used that up we have to top it up ourselves. seeing as I'm always downloading music and games (when they aren't blocked) at school, I'm always having to put more money on because if I have to do research I cant go on google otherwise.

My daughter finds proxies to do everything.....They block it and she just gets another thats not blocked yet....She keeps the IT people on thier toes thats for sure.

My school has blocked a couple decent sites. Youtube, myspace, and yahoo games have been blocked. we used to go on unblocktheinter.net but then they blocked that too. For facebook we use hs.facebook.com. We don't go on youtube much anymore. Our school does a parish-wide blacklist so there's nothing we can do. When I was in the computer academy cl**** which i'll be in again next year, we used to all team up to find different ways of getting on certain sites, or we just bring laptops.

My school hasn't blocked www.metacafe.com yet, it's just like YouTube. So if you ever wanna watch videos try that site, maybe it won't be blocked.

I never really get on the internet at school anymore except for Computer Tech stuff.

They've banned all proxies since I started using them in the first week...really stupid.

Now all the flash game sites are banned too. One of my friends is a hacker so he managed to get the filter down for a few hours...lmao you should see the stuff he can get into - admin folders and ****, its amazing.

wtf you have to pay for internet........at my school liek 2 years ago when I was at school they had internet every where for free, no download limit or any thing...alot of sites were banned but still proxies were around back in 2005...

^ Yeah its pretty lame, I mean we have to have internet credit to do research for school projects. Basically the deal is; if you dont have credit, go to the library and do research there. The library has NOTHING. Ughh so stupid.

Even at my last school, which was a PRIVATE CHRISTIAN SCHOOL, we didn't have as many restrictions as this school which is a public school...

anything with 'game' in their site urls are blocked at my school, most good sites are blocked. i hate school comps anyway because the school has now got these ranger things that track what you're doing...etc.
