i created a databse in mysql & everything with the details...etc. I think that's fine.
i just can't log into the layout cms admin panel.
i tried going into 'admin' in my database table of mysql but i don't really get it, would anyone like to try and point me to the right direction lol? :s

My default was username: admin, password: demo i think.
Go into phpMyAdmin and look through the tables...it should have users and passwords etc. and you can edit them. it changes depending on your host though - in my experience anyway.

its easy to find the username and password if you have access to the mysql that your using for that layout cms.
