Honestly my first impression of your layout was " it looks like trixinity's ", and my first impression of trixinity new layout was " it looks like whateverlife's "

but well i do think you did a good job, it's good layout

there's no written rules we cannot copy certain style we like etc, as long as you made it and loved it, what can ppl say? :D

Btw this thread made me go to whateverlife and she got new layout already so i cannot compare :D
