Advice for my site gets 10k per day want to increase page views

my site www.pimpmyarea.com gets 10,000 visitors per day but im looking to increase the number of page views and time people spend on the site.

suggestions please?

i dont think your doin anything wrong, its the same with any website.

users dont spend lot of time, if they dont see what they want in few mins then they just leave, thats the same with every website i think.

I'd suggest taking some of your profits and investing in a better design. Right now, it just doesn't have much of a graphical look to it...make it brandable. It's a little too corporate looking for your target audience.

If there are 20 layouts per page, set it to 10 layouts per page. Same applies to graphics.

As for other suggestions, omens idea is the easiest and best way (presuming you have good content). Less content per page = more pages to be viewed = more page views....

It's simply an evolution of the logo design he already has on his site.

hi thx for the replies since i made the first post colour has been added to the menus and i will think about how to integrate more graphics to the homepage also.

thx for the logo ideas will think on that, however i dont think the logo is the primary problem at the mo though, although it could be improved i know.

well, first of all, i think all the layouts you have should either be made by yourself or a close friend. People love originality, it will drive them to your site. I also think you should design your own template, because many people get tired of seeing the same old template for myspace resource sites all the time. Like others said, adding new, original content frequently will also keep returning visitors checking back for new things <3

i'm curious.. when you say 10k visitors per day.. what stats program are you using to get these numbers?
