Traffic: 1600 uniques / day average. Traffic is split btwn. search engines and Myspace. Site is whitelisted. All Myspace traffic is organic, meaning I do not promote it. It is all a result of the "corner tag" over the years.
Revenue: Site makes, on the low end, $100 / month. If you look at the site, you can see there are minimal ad's. If you monetize this site, I am positive you can earn $300 / month, with current traffic. Another note, I currently do NOT sell links on the site. If you sell links, you can genrate atleast another $100 / month.
Search Listings: Site is up and coming for a few good keywords. I will provide these keywords upon sale completion / serious interest in purchasing. These keywords are positioned to bring 10-15K visitors per day.
Content: All content has been purchased by myself by the members here. There is over 1000 pieces of content on the site, and another 1000 waitng to be uploaded. This will be provided with the sale.
Hosting / Setup: The site is built on Microsoft ASP technolgy. It will require a Windows hosting plan with SQL Server installed. You will also need ISAPI Rewrite enabled on your host. These are common instances and are typically installed by the host.
What I Will Provide: If you purchase this site, I will prepare it for easy installation. If you purchase this site and put it on a dedicated or VPS server (running Windows), I will install it free of charge. Installation will take 4-5 hours. If you are using a shared hosting plan, I will not do the installation due to various configs. I know Windows / IIS / SQL Server inside and out in a dedicated / vps enviorment. Shared hosting is another beast.
I am also providing 2 months of free hosting on my server itself. This will give the winner more than enough time to find a suitable hosting plan, if one is not already present. The hosting I provide will come with support from myself as well as full FTP access to the site itself.
