Well, for someone who wanted to sue Andria over something that wasnt even his business, you sure don't seem to care about these kind of things anymore all of a sudden. :p

And this forum is full of designers that post examples of their work without tags, I'm just trying to protect them/warn them.
Alex really isn't someone you'd want around your graphics, as he doesnt care about who owns what as long as he can get it for free.
I don't believe anything on his sites was made by him, or purchased by him, with the exception of some graphics on DB. But don't get me started on that one, tricking someone into selling their site is just plain... I dont even know what to call it.

I stole a Mars bar from my local shop at the age of 10..I stole glitter words for my MSN Space...I used to remove link backs from graphics on my MySpace and pretend I made them...Of course my reasons for doing it, where simply to make me look cool to my school mates.lol!
I also find it amusingly obvious how the top kvillers work (I have decided NOT to share this knowledge with you as it is too easy to deny - But it's a well known method of backlinking and topsite voting)
The truth is, most people don't really like tab, most people dont really like Mitsiki, most people dont really like anyone on the internet, they pretend to make friends with them for a rather logical reason.

I had a site with Mitsiki that direct linked stolen images from stealers cause we were trying to push their bandwidth so they have to take them down.
That's it. Yes it was a stupid move, but oh well. The site lasted what, 2 month?
Then I realized how stupid it was and changed it with original graphics.

Yes, please prove how big of a stealer I am, I'd really like to know.

The only reason I mentioned this here was to protect the designers here from people like you.
You stole so many glitters from me, and when I NICELY asked you to remove them you just laughed at me.

You know this site is not a site to bring over baggage from other sites.

When you start here you have a clean slate unless you start off spamming or whatever.

Also as meantioned above this site is run by adults and not children.

It is VERY easy to end with stolen graphics and not even know it cause you bought a pack from somewhere on the net and some of those you just bought was ripped from somewhere else and even has been tagged by the site it was taken from.

This has happened to me and I am still going through all 20,000 images to see if there are others.

If you have stolen and you realize your mistake have you taken down said images or are you still using them ??

.....You know what I DONT care anymore, I've had enough of recieveing emails from people being made out to be worse than a murderer for using a few stolen .GIFs and codes that SOMEONE SOLD TO ME!
I am going to perform an excercise to prove how easy to find and file a lawsuit against sites that are created even for a GOOD REASON:

2) It is against the law to list someone’s personal contact details online without there written permission.
- This site is infringing on International laws of Harassment, Name Defamation and Potential to attract Pedophiles, as some peoples email addresses listed are under the age of 18.
In the event someone over the age of 18 were to contact someone under the age of 18 the Childs parents would be eligible to take the person(s) responsible for this website to court, and in a worst case scenario if person(s) were to claim Psychological and/or Physical harm through being listed at this website, you could face imprisonment.
Anyone listed here can request cease and desist of the pages and/or entire website.


So, you see, that ANYONE in the world can say ANYTHING about ANY website no matter what there purpose, good or bad!
Every website breaks a law in one way or another...Truth is if people picked up on every little thing people would be too scared to be webmasters!

I'm not on anyone's side with this, because to be honest i don't really care! I mean, who's really going to get someone taken to court over a few codes or glitter images?

Even though i ONLY have a blog site at the moment, i see countless people taking my coding and some other stuff now.. a few i know go on kville. But i have the decency not to embarass them and make a big deal. As most people have said i'm PAST the point of caring.

Anyway, i doubt this should be all going on in this thread.. move it to spam or whatever. It's just a bunch of people dragging up **** that has passed now.

Just a warning though, i mean i'm not putting kville down or anything because it is a great forum for kids, most people do grow out of it. Most of the "designers" are from there including myself, but i'm not some little schoolgirl. Some of the people on here, do act older than what they appear. Not directing this at anyone, because some of the people who came from kville to here are friends/good friends of mine. But yes, it's wayyy to like kville now.. i'm actually wondering what's going to happen when someone gets pissed. There's no forum to "report" to on here :\

And Alex the only thing i'll say toward you is that if you know the graphics are stolen, and know that you need to replace them, and plan to, why are they still up? The fact that you know they are stolen and are knowingly keeping them up, is just plain wrong.
the very LEAST you could do is put tab's link at the top of your pages with glitters made from tab's generator that you removed her tag from. Thats just low, thats just knowingly taking the graphics that don't belong to you.

Keep in mind these are big people, and don't think for a second they WON'T hesitate to sue if you take their graphics. Stealing them from a crappy little forum like kawaiiville populated with 10 year olds is one thing, but to do it to these types of people is just plain stupid.

There's a time and a place for that, warning people is fine but geez, you took it to a new extent. Also, if you were so concerned about your graphics, why not hire a lawyer like EVERYONE ELSE? Don't go on about how you can't afford it, because with the traffic you pull in on Alexa, not being able to afford it is complete bull****. Furthermore, if you say it's too expensive, it just means you haven't really looked into it, which means you can't care that much!
