I'd say that would be fine for you. Although, so would a VPS with a good CPU rate.

Here are a couple of sites which might interest you:

galaxyvisions.com - dedicated & VPS
limestonenetworks.com - dedicated

With that traffic dont use a VPS cause you will just end up moving it off if you grow anymore and with 18-20K you are really on a prayer with a VPS.

The server you have posted looks ok just make sure you can add more Ram in the future if need be and how much you can add.

Also Look at the Duel Core Servers in comparison to the price you will pay for this one. If the price is comparable then go with the Duel for sure.

Your Dedi will show you what % of your RAM/Memory you are using. The more you use, the slower your pages will load. The max I let my servers get to is 40% until I upgrade.
The AMD Athlon now has 2048MB RAM instead of 1024 (on their website) so you wont need to upgrade for a while.

But you need to make sure that that server has more space for more Ram in the future so you dont have to change servers again and move your site all over again cause the server you have isnt upgradeable.

Cool ??

You don't HAVE to but I suggest you do or you and your visitors will see a decrease in performance ;)

I came across this site last night, they look quite good. You can upgrade disk/bandwidth/ram etc all from their control panel:
