weird referral

I was checking my referrals and I have been seeing the URL below alot in my referrals. I am not paying for any advertising with these guys so does anybody know why I would be getting traffic from that URL?

This is caused when another site, probably a link exchange partner runs fast click on their website. When they click your link, that fastclick "page sponsored by.." page comes up, then they click the "skip ad" link, and go to your page thus giving you that referral.
