need help with layout screenshots

Whats the best size for layout screenshots?

Currently the size I use is 150 by 100, which is a little small so im gona change it soon. I want to get it right this time and dont want to keep changing it so any suggestions.

I'd say double that, so maybe 300 by 200. Big enough to make it useful, small enough for it still to be a thumbnail.

I'd say around 200x150.

I do 300x175 I think.
