Do I host the images myself with the standard code or do you have them pointing to a free hosting place?

You host the images with both the standard and MSRS. All images included.

Forgot to mention, if you have a script like:

You will receive a ready to upload file with the package that will display the layouts as above. All you will have to do is upload the files and put the link on your nav bar.
