Glitter graphics - Best program?

Which is the easiest and best program to make your own glitter graphics? Plz post your recommendations.....!

The "easiest" is not neccasarily the "best" in fact their two completely different things!
The "best" is Adobe's PhotoShop, which is the most widely used among the Pros.
However, with less features but easier to learn and use would have to be Paint Shop Pro....
So, I know PSP like the back of my hand now...And it was easy-ish to learn and use so PSP and Animation Shop is probably the easiest to use for glitters.
But when you advance you may wanna learn Photoshop.
Although, To be honest, PS is not much better for GLITTERS in particular though as they are simple really and there is not an awful lot you can do with them other than effects...

I use photohsop and imageready... I am no pro at making glitters though =D

I just buy em....it's easier.............especially when you get to my age.

I use PSP 7, my fave graphics program unless it comes to layouts. I use PS for layouts, but always use PSP and AS for glitters.

i remember when i swore i would always use psp until i had to learn photoshop in college now i will never use anything but photoshop

I already use photoshop, but it isn't so good with glitters. Will have to try PSP and animatn shop....Any other suggestions? What are the main designers here using?

These is nothing wrong with glitters in photoshop btw.

I didn't ignore the posts above mine.
The conclusion was - three programs which everyone is using.

I have used photoshop a lot, but couldn't make glitters like others are doing on PSP or AS. YabbaDoo has said the same.

If you are able to make good glitters using Pshop, do share the info with all of us.

I make glitters in photoshop almost exactly the same method as you would in psp. Maybe i should make a tutorial... would that help?
