Question about icons

I recently stumbled on someone's page and they had the little square images, maybe 1in by 1in, and they were in a neat little square side by side. I tried doing it myself but they ended up in a straight vertical line. Any advice on how to do it right?? Thanks!!

on myspace right? You probably have something like a linebreak between them.. a.k.a. <br>

If you have that in or between any of your image codes just take it out...

You could also make them all into one big image by using something as simple as Paint, just coping and pasting.
