Ohhh no..I didn't make alluredesigns layout and she didn't make mine.
I made mine myself. - took 2-3 days.

I got inspiration from alluredesigns.org & aerocharm.net
they are like my 2 most favorite sites. [ i might take the layout down, i pm'd those 2 first. ]

For your next template make the palette yourself without stressing about who's site it looks like, take a picture of a garden or sunset or something and use the eyedrop tool and then create a layout that reflects you and what you like.

But, I have some advice..
Don't make it a habit to copy or to get too inspired off another person's website. It will make other people look down on you, because apparently you're that person who has no talent & who just copies off people's websites.. So it's no good if you make a habit out of it.

You once PMed me telling me you've copied my Privacy Policy from my website because you don't know how to make your own. Now, although it's no big deal, wouldn't it have been better if you just searched on Google "How to write Privacy Policy statement", than going to someone's site & copying theirs word by word? :)
Try looking at it as if it is your obligation to yourself to learn this, because only YOU will benefit from it.

All I have to say after reading this is that ALL of you who have posted have FANTASTIC sites, and should be VERY thankful that all the hard work you have done has paid off. I would give ANYTHING (almost) to have my sites Ive worked on for years be NEAR as popular as yalls!!!

@ the copied sites- I know that its a PAIN in the booty to be copied, but hey, people like your stuff enough to want to be just like you. But hey, you did it first, and all the people put YOUR graphics on their myspaces FIRST!

Origionality is key. If there werent sites like all yalls, we wouldnt have inspiration, yet INSPIRATION is all that it should be. Blatant copy cats will never end up being as successful as the original creators. Its as simple as that!

dang i went sleep and this thread was 1 page now it's 10 pages and it's mostly drama...........i just think everyone should act like adults. your sites should be your main priority. instead of worrying about who's copying who and who made what first, focus that energy on providing quality content for your visitors. i don't condone ppl who copy but what can you do? it happens. not like you can go out and copyright crap when you didn't originally make it in the first place. i'm tired of typing so my rambling ends here.
