Files that won't delete in FTP or File Manager?

What the hell are you supposed to do when certain folders just won't go away? I went into my site and went to the file manager as well and tried to hard delete them but it's still not working.

It won't fully delete in FTP either.

So what now?

Contact your host - Or use another FTP program. Then it will works (;

This isn't my host's problem and I have tried another program "Permission Denied" for both.

I don't know if those will help you. I read the last two and it seems as though you may have to seek help through your host so they can rename and/or change ownership of the files/folders that won't delete.

MAN. Hate bothering anyone, Stupid brats and their stupid files.
This girl from another subdomain uploaded a chatroom thing, it was the only file on her site and none of the files will go away.

try cpanel? idk
delete the files on the folder first too? that might work

I've tried everything and I don't use cpanel I use another thing but I went into that thing too with the file manager and still no luck.

And I went into the folders and stuff but there's just certain files that will NOT go away.
