Are you an Email Pack Rat?

Do you make it a habit to prune old emails or do you keep them for posterity? I have around 20k (count) of emails and it's been a pain in the toosh going through them.

I love keeping old emails, but GMail doesn't let you physically move them to their own folders, so I end up deleting most of them because I hate my inbox getting all cluttered and gross. I wish they had a folder feature... I'd save like everything! *sigh*

I only keep emails that I need/want for future use.

i have different email for registering sites and another for conversation/plain emailing.

I'm really bad with emails.
I have so much junk still saved up, all unsorted.. I have like 5 different email accounts that all come into one folder (using outlook) and it's just a mess lol
Everytime I try to go through them to sort them out and/or delete them I get bored after 5 minutes and give up. :whistling:

I'm not a packrat of any sort. I only keep ones that i need to keep. I print them when necessary

i let mine pile up to about 1k then i mass delete it all lol.

I don't check my email often but I delete the spam mostly, everything else is fine.. When I notice there's a problem with space and the email handler then I'll do something.

I'm not so much a pack rat as I am just too plain lazy to delete the emails I get

I wouldn't call it a packrat. lol But I have over 15K emails. I never delete them. With the space gmail has I have no reason to delete them. If I am looking for something I just search for it. I usually find it pretty easily. :)

I don't hoard them, I just don't bother deleting them.
I also don't bother reading them half the time (I have 900+ unread emails and 500+ unread spam emails in my Googlemail account. Some of it is over a year old now...).

I just let everything sit in the inbox and rely on gmail's great search feature to find stuff. I never delete anything.
