I like number 1 best. Idk if its something you do on purpose or if its the program you use or...but for some reason 2 and 3 look very "noisy" if you get me, like little grains of color inside.

Yeah, that's what I did with it. =P I guess I should make it clearer.

I like 1 best then 2. The others are ok but harder to read. Also consider keeping them limited to a certain width as most people get pissed when images stretch out/screw up their profiles ;).
