I have been having some problems with my current VPS lately (slowness) so I have been thinking about finding another provider. I know I dont need a dedicated quite yet so I was wondering who the best VPS provider is for the price.

servint is the best hands down almost 100% uptime excellent support but they are a bit pricey compared to others especially with bandwidth overages

CarpathiaHost 4ph.com
Been with them for like five years.
They stick by their clients no matter the situation. Not only that, you get full access, but it can still be fully managed. The support would create a database for you if you asked. Lastly, 24/7 live tech support on irc. I got help on Christmas day once.

I moved my site to a VPS there today (CarpathiaHost).I had hellish problems all of my making (if you can call corrupted files my fault) and their live help was absolutely brilliant. So far no more probs and site running like a dream.

Glad your happy!
I wish they had a damn affiliate program through.

I have also just moved to CarpathiaHost vps because if my site does get big I dont want to have to bother moving it and pissing everyone off. Great live support, their control panel could be a little faster but my site runs great, and fast. I only have the starter package but thats all you really need, its great with just that, I may consider moving to the Bronze package though.

Servint.com is very good at managed VPS solutions.
LiquidWeb.com is also very good in support and provides managed VPSs I believe.
