i do a simple thing.
so i make the pixel tag ok. then i paste it into animation shop and copy that frame twice, making 3 frames all together.
then a select all the frames by pressing ctrl while clicking on each frame of the tag.
then i go to my glitter, i select all 3 frames of glitter the same way i select the 3 frames of the tag, then i press ctrl+e and place it and then its in all 3 frames. voila.

You can also download/buy batch watermarking softwares, which will watermark whole directories of images with your chosen tag. Ive never tried them, so i dont know how effective they are, but i cant see why they wouldnt work.

Select all your frames, go to Edit >> Propagate Paste and then Paste in Selected Frame, choose where you want it to go and it'll paste it in exactly the same spot on every frame.

Yeah, I noticed that you cant do as much with Animated pictures/glitters/ ect. But I guess in all its worth it.
Good luck MK
