im sorry if this isnt the place for this but is there anyway i can tag Flash layouts? if so please someone direct me to a site that will teach me or someone please write a tutorial for it?

you'd have to edit the .fla (flash source) to tag it. you can do that if you have the .fla file for the layout and if you have adobe flash.
