now it really all depends on the code with in the html for the contact box.
if the code is set to 300x1250 they will work fine.
this feature you set in your site or within the code youe site generates for the contact box

all you need to do is upload to a folder of your site and make a page to point to the folder where you just added the files.

for msrs site im not sure how you add your content but if you html is auto generated by the image sizes them all will be fine as well

It doesn't really matter the size of the table you use, you can specify the size of each block....sample code for his tables just add this to your css
