Anyone here play WoW (http://www.worldofwarcraft.com)? I stopped playing that time sucker about 6 months ago now, but with the new expansion coming out, I'm afraid I'll cave.

It sucks up SO MUCH TIME. But, it's fun. It's one of the few things in life that I can't seem to balance...it's either I don't play it at all - or I play it too damn much.

any of you play? or any other games for that matter?

I play Medal of Honor... Thats just about all I just got the new Xbox 360 with online access.. The whole 9 yards.

Got a lvl 60 undead mage and several other lvl 10 - 40 charas.
I havent actually played alot lately tho, too much stuff to work on, but I cant wait for the expansion.

Helios... Its a really fun game. I only really play Multiplayer online(never actually did the single player) But I would recommend it if you are looking for a fun World War style game.

I would also recommend Americas Army. It is a free game and can be found at americasarmy.com. That is a more modern weapons type of game.. (like todays military weapons M16's, SP Forces Rifles, M82, ect.)

But yeah thats my gaming haha.

I'm smart, I stopped payment to WoW on my credit card. With the expansion coming out in a few days, it would just be TOO MUCH TEMPTATION.
Plus as well, I knew I would be working on sites and stuff, so I made sure to not order the expansion. I have an extreme lack of willpower to this game haha.

silentsummit - I tried AA, but I just couldn't get into it. It's weird really, I used to play FPS non-stop...but nothing lately has really been that interesting. I'll have to give MoH a try sometime, do you know if there was ever a demo?

Tab! What server(s) are you on? I've got some on Dark Iron, Arthas (worst. server. ever.), and Sargeras. When I finally get my hands on the expansion, I think I'll be starting on a fresh server with one of the new races.

I used to be addicted to Halo 2. I quit playing video games altogether because of that game. I could not balance it at all. I would call into work just to play that game.

I am faced with a similar situation. Halo 3 is coming out this summer.

Haha digitalninja, I used to call in sick some days as well...but that was after
loooong nights of playing.

I think the thing that first started to get me interested in working from home was the
idea of playing video games whenever I wanted...which is really kinda sad.
Of course, that was my college mentality at the time, and I did a lot of stupid things
then :P But I suppose it was a blessing in disguise, because it helped me get where
I am today!

I wanna finally jump on the halo bandwagon come this summer. You should totally

My mind is already starting to creep over to the dark side.
I need to start making more money online than I do at my day job. I just launched my first MSRS site a few weeks ago and am only making about 75 cents a day.
So lemme do this, I am gonna set a goal for myself. I am not gonna buy Halo 3 until I am making 20 dollars a day. This obviously isnt more than I make at my day job but its a good goal. Plus that will give me about 6 months or so to obtain my goal.

How does that sound?

Dude, that's a perfect goal. I'm actually doing the same thing...not purchasing the
expansion or restoring my WoW account until I've reached a certain goal I've set
for myself.

Let me tell you, the WoW is itching, and it's forcing me to work REALLY HARD.

Of course, I've been finding myself checking up on WoW forums waaaayyy too often now haha.

My Mage is on Malygos (gotta be worse than Arthas!), then I have a few on Whisperwind and I think I'm gonna start a new Draenei on Burning Blades tonight. :)

Well, i used to put off working on my sites and doing my homework so i could play Tony Hawk's Pro Skater on xbox. but i beat the game on easy, medium, and hard. So um there isnt much left to do. Now I work on my sites and put off homework. :OO

I should set goals for myself more often. I wanna get up to $50 a day soon. I'm up to 10, now just 40 more.

Oh I dont know, no one ever invites you into a group on that server.
You're either in a guild, or you play by yourself. And even if you're in a guild doesnt mean they all support each other.
I remember that one time I was waiting outside an instance trying to find a group, about 5 groups went in saying they don't want anyone else joining.
Ok then, whatever... I finally gave up cause once you hit a certain level you need a group to get nice drops cause you can't kill lvl 60 elites by yourself. :/
Not as a mage anyways...

And hehe I started another Mage too.
It's awesome, cause Draenei's have a healing spell. I'm level 15 now and it heals already 260 over 15 seconds.
I'm already addicted again, but I dont care I've worked enough on my sites I need a break now. :balloon:

Yeah! the free healing spell makes playing a mage, warrior or hunter on the alliance
side definitely cool. God, that would make hunters even more ezmode. I do like
hunters even with their bad rep though, PvP is so much fun with them.

What are the new starting areas like? The draenei one looks amazing in screenshots.
Have you created a blood elf just to try it out? Maybe I'll join up on burning blade
when I jump back in...probably in about a month or so. I'm sure you'll still be
addicted by then :)

lol! I'm lvl 27 now, halfway up to 28. :D
Just wasted about 2 hours or so killing Crimson Whelps to get one of their rare Tiny Crimson Whelping drops, but no luck :( I want a pet so bad lol *sniffs*
