If you we're starting from zero what do you think: is it better to start with new site or buy already established?

Buy a script and modify and add content.

Make your own with your own script, content, and design.

Build your own superfast internet based on communication with your own fleet of satellites and ...aw wait that's too hard...find an old hobby site with a bunch of links pointing to it and buy it cheap, then slap some pages on it.

I like Jazzylee77's way or I would have someone make one for your if you cant make your own... Somewhere that will make your own website scripts.. That way your website will be unique and unlike all the rest.
Whatever you do DO NOT buy a turnkey script..

Buy Greg's MSRS and place it on a myspace site that has one of those crap turnkeys on it. You can buy a PR4 site with around 1k uniques a day and under $1 a day revenue for less than $100.
When you place the MSRS on it revenue will jump to ~$5/10 per day and it's all upwards from there.
