tagging contact tables or not

I'm coding a new script for a site and was wondering if I should tag my contact tables or code in a corner tag type thing.

People steal everything these days. Just a small pixel text url in the corner would be good.

It's just a pixel font like my favourite is Tiny then I use a little white outline and drop shadow....
