what works best for surveys?

I've seen 3 or 4 different types of survey/quiz styles for creating your own surveys and I'm trying to figure out what do people prefer on myspace? Which are easier? Which are the most common? What would you rather have?

these are just basic summaries and I may be missing some elements of the types described..

type a)
- copy/paste a quiz layout to your site/bulletin/comment - people just edit the code and fill in their own answers manually and copy/paste resubmit.. (can be regular text or basic html)

type b)
- quiz is generated offsite.. you copy/paste the code and send it in a bulletin/comment or profile.. user fills out the form there and the results are submitted to the site the quiz was built on.. users would then need to view results from that site.. or click a link for a popup to see results

type c)
- quiz is generated offsite and you must go to that site to fill it in and then just send links to the quizes to your friends..

Example: http://www.pimpsurveys.com/view-survey.php?id=737

type d) a combination of type a/b where quiz is generated offsite but needs to manually be edited and sent around once the 2nd person gets it.

I wrote a pretty nifty survey generator and i'm torn on redoing part of it make it more usable..

just looking to hear some oppinions..

Basically, the one I like the most is the ones at myspacesurveyfun.com
i just like to copy and paste a cody and just write in my answers.

Thats just the way most of my friends have done it..

I agree with Selena that the one at myspacesurveyfun.com is the best. It is the easiest for people to use..

I dont use surveys that much anyways though.
