Hi Guys,

I have a new "resource" website and its actually for a myspace alternative website. I get good traffic numbers ( will be specific if someone helps ) but my CTR is not very good. Now the thing is the ads that show up from google adsense are all myspace related. Now at this social network the people are all anti-myspace so they dont like to click the ads.

My question is does anyone know of a good CPM or CPC advertiser that does ads for free stuff like the smilies or wallpapers or screensaver or whatever. Are they any good?

Please let me know. And look at the bright side I don't compete for your myspace traffic :)

Cheers,
Vlad

You can try cpm networks like tribal fusion, the ones at rmx direct, casale, burst. This kind of resource sites do well with cpm.

I know currently MAXBounty is offering the zwinky toolbar, and a ton of those free ipod/wii/ps3/360/random stuff offers. You should be able to find something to your liking.

Yes MKInfo stated MaxBounty is good. You choose what you want diplayed and then using the rotating banner ads you dont have to recode anything at your site physically. You can change what ads display on those banners from MaxBounty itself.

Ad and Delete whatever you want to show. Its always good to switch out the non-performing ads with new ones also. Makes the site look fresh all the time also.

I am going to take all of this info into account also. As I am starting up a similar site.. One without as many errors and viruses as myspace.
