No Hassle Content buying group

I've been part of a couple buying groups and though they are great folks, there has been endless circling about. So I'm going to take a stab at forming another content coop.
This will be really simple. NHC is a beneficent dictatorship. You either trust my decisions or not. I may change ANYTHING at ANY TIME about this group. Skeptics can stay away if they wish.
If I buy great content we all get great content. If I screwup and buy bad content or stolen content we all suffer. (though I would pursue to resolve if this were to happen)
General Promises
I will purchase content that is promised exclusive to the group and tagged for its members.
Emphasis will be on best quality graphics I can find.
I will provide quality content at reduced pricing for the group, though I may make a small profit for my efforts
I will attempt to turn around content quickly after collection of funds, avoiding anything that stretches out the process with the designers.
At some point during each buy I will close the buy-in and send a contact list to participating designers. They will then tag and provide a download link to the given contacts.
I will try to get things done in MSRS format.
Things I May Do
update with samples of what content is being considered or already bought
listen to suggestions
Organize theme contests for designers
Make bad puns
What I won't do
Spend countless hours going over every detail of what is happening.
Since I am unproven so far as a vendor I will make the first buy-in a low cost. Then Raise following buy-ins as trust is gained in me.

Why should you join? Because.
How do you know I won't rip you off? You don't. If you don't trust me don't join.
Get the picture? For me the risk is less with an individual than with a group. Hoping others feel the same.

I'll do my best within reasonable constraints of time. I do disapear from the net a couple days now and then so don't panic. :)
I'm thinking of stopping this buy-in at 10 and going for a glitters...but as always this may change.
