People get scammed for thousands and there's nothing the police can do about it, let alone police from another country. I know it's never nice to deal with this but be happy its this little and you can protect yourself in the future. :)

However, it would be a good idea to contact google, and show them those screenshots of yours, and tell them your pub# to be safe. It'd be easy for him to take some of your ads, put them on his site, then claim he was hacked.
