Yeah there is a forgot password link (https://valueclickmedia.com/forgot.html). They will reset your password but you have to wait for the email from them to get the password, which can take up to 24 hrs.

Do you know the password and entered it but it's saying it's wrong so you think you forgot it? Or you just forget it period?
Because I "forgot" mine like 3 times and then I realized that they cut off your password to 10 characters. Mine was 11 and I kept entering it and I knew that was my password! My password was in this format example1234 and since the cut off the last letter/number it was example123 the whole time and I had to wait for the password 3 times. :death:
