Expensive to advertise with VCM?

Does anyone know if it's expensive to advertise with value click? like just to have a medium rectangle banner or something and would it be worth it? (plus do they take paypal =P)Thanks xo

well like.. do they charge per click or something like google does, so for example $0.05 every click to your website.. or is it a flat rate, .. basically wanna know the rates lol i cant find it on there website

yeah im obviously not willing to pay thousands to advertise but i was assuming from the beginning they are more expensive.

There will almost certainly be a minimum purchase amount which will probably run into at least the low thousands of $.
