i have a new paypal., if you use a debit card, could you use that to send money not using the credit card?

you can have multiple funding sources attached to your paypal. For instance you would have your bank account, credit card and a check card if it has the visa or mastercard logo on it. An atm card will not work. You can set which one is your primary funding resource. But when you send money you can choose which account you wish to draw the funds from.
