The Happening...The FLOP

I feel the need to post this to warn my fellow horror/mystery movie fans.

DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT under any circumstance watch, pay for, download the movie The Happening.

I just wasted an hour and half of my life that I will never get back....

M Night Shamalangadingdong should retire and never come out again.

This movie should have been rated PG13 not R.....It wasn't even CLOSE to being a rated R movie.....

Please do yourself a favor, if you love your life, don't waste it on this garbage.....

Now I will retire to bed where hopefully I can dream of the other greater movies out there.... :online2long:

The black dahlia. The older one. Its ****ing terrible.

All they do is cut chicks up, then dance on tables holding their limbs for 10 minutes, then find another victim, cut her up, dance on a table holding her limbs for 10 minutes..

Isn't that an Indie film? They're all having sex with the people and it's all weird.. It's not really the "older" one but just one of those sh-tty ones that comes out right before the real one... ? My sisters friend rented accidentally (like what they hope you'd do), it was beyond ridiculous.

Just finished watching it, Kind of bullsh-t.
Nothing happened? And if it did happen he didn't show it happen.
And it wasn't even a phenomenon it only happened on one part of the entire globe.

I don't know how anyone could of enjoyed the movie, What was the climax? The climax would of been the part where the old woman killed herself I guess, But who cares? They portrayed her to be a hostile, mean old woman who didn't care for anything so the audience doesn't really give a crap.

I don't know if these people were acting bad or if the direction was just bad, cus there was nothing artistic about the film and the writing was complete crap.. I have seen alot of these people doing other roles such as the gardener used to be on Dr.Quinn as the the other doctor, the Math Teacher was in Day of the Dead, The weird lady was in Failure to Launch and they all did much better jobs in those films so.. Bleh. M.Night Shramapieceofcrap is over his career I guess.. The Village was pretty bad as well.

Out of the entire scene of the movie there was only one part where some people were wearing GasMasks, Honestly? One part! And it was them sitting at home watching TV. I don't even think there was a lesson to be learned, or a real opinion stated about anything.. I think he made it loose so people can just draw their own conclusions, make their own stories and finish the damn movie on their own.. Fail.

No twist, No climax, no ending, no real story (a guy and a girl aren't having a great relationship but at the end they seem happy, woopty doo). Grr. Oh well, I saved money at least.. Me and my friend were gonna see it sometime this week. Anyways, lol. Rant. It took me 4 hours to load that crappy movie, Figured I'd say what I've learned.

Well I didn't want to give to much away for those who haven't seen it.....

SPOILER!!!!!!!!!!

It was all about the wind/plants teaching us a lesson......wtf....

Come on Shamalamadingdong.....show some blood....whats the purpose of an R rated movie if your not going to show blood...

The ending, where they are in a different place and they send the girl off to school, I was really hoping for the school bus to like crash into a wall or something....I mean that would have been like an "Oh Damn" moment......but nah....nothing......boring.....

Mark Wahlberg should hang this movie on his wall of shame......They made him into an idiot....What person would stand there while SPOILER!!!!!!!!!!!! other people are shooting themselves (which you dont see, just hear) and say "give me a second" in a wimpy calm voice.....which he says over a few times, THEN finally lets out a tiny bit of nervousness...I mean really....His character was HORRIBLE......

What was the point of the old woman? What was he point of the doll laying in bed?

What I was really hoping for was when the little girl was swinging on the tree, the branch would break and fall on her head crushing her skull and seeing brain matter splattered......but nah....nothing happens after numerous camera shots give off the impression somethings gonna happen....leaving you with a "why didn't anything happen" feeling..

Just overall a bad bad bad movie.......If I could give it millions of thumbs down I would (N)(N)(N):poop:
