Making Masks for PSP XI
Step 1: Open XI, make a new image (I do 600x600)
Step 2: Use black, white, and grays, design it however you want using these three,black white, and gray. Doesn't matter which color gray...

Once you have your design done, save its a JPG file, and then open a picture, and go to "Layers" then "New mask layer"

and then find your mask you just made, and test it out on the picture...

You made a mask, and learned how to use them at the same time... Easy huh?
