You only have to transfer the activation if you're uninstalling it and you wish to reinstall it again at a different time.

It should tell you if you already have the activation transferred. & you register after it's installed.

If not, then you have to activate & register again. :s

I'm not totally sure, see adobe.com if you have any further questions.

is it working? when i reinstalled mine, i just input my serial and activated and everything was fine. i read somewhere that when transferring, you are installing on a new computer.

Now this is my 3rd installation so yeah.

Why are you randomly worried about things.. Just use photoshop, you will either be able to use it or you won't. If you can already make "stuff" using CS2 then you won't need to worry about the "Transfer Activiation" which means you are probably going to be using a new computer or are going to relocate the activation method you used on that installed version of photoshop.

Either you downloaded the demo of CS2 and you will need to purchase the copy and activate it or you already bought and activated it.
If you don't know if you've activated already then you have issues or really bad memory. By your screenshot the area that says "Activate..." is faded meaning you already activated so why are you so concentrated on something that you don't need to do and has nothing to do with using photoshop right now?

It's like saying "The help option is there, does mean I have to click it? Will my program still work? Help Me k? Do all my thinking for me please! I don't want to try things before asking questions, What do I do now? Do I submit this reply? Will photoshop work if I don't reply to this thread?"

I don't mean to be rude but you really ask dumber and dumber questions like you aren't capable of even attempting something before you have to ask.
