I'm an amateur learning the ropes... please tell me what you think of this comment.

Thanks!

That looks like a mixture of Jamie Foxx and Denzel Washington.
It's interesting, but the "holla atcha boi" should be a different font (could just be me but I'm used to seeing it in girly graphics).

Also you used fireworks right? I think your tag's letterspacing looks messed up - toggle between the auto kern option and set it off or on depending on whichever looks best.

And if you did not know you can make the outline on your text surround the entire word rather than the individual letters, I find it to look better when the outline isnt overlapping.

Here's a screenshot of the option, You make sure the fill is over the stroke :)

Thanks Andrew. I will def try those suggestions. I usually do the fill over stroke option. Don't know why I missed it here.

What fonts do you recommend for "holla atcha boi"? I'm still learning and fonts is a big weakness of mine.

BTW, it is Jamie Foxx. I really liked that pic because it kinda looks like him but it kinda doesn't.

I need more urban graphics and I want to learn to design so making them has been fun. I appreciate the input.

I think it would look better with a different border...something smooth. Those type of bevels look like something from the 90's.

One thing I do like about the graphic is the quality of it. It's really nice and you cut Jamie Foxx out really smooth. If you're a beginner, then your graphics are going to look super great when you're advanced because this doesn't look like the work of a beginner.
