Looks interesting, demos were okay but the program makes mainly Sans or LCD type fonts.
I think you can make anything though, just tweak the kerning in a real font program.

I was a bit surprised not to find any vector/spline tool as well.

the flash it produces takes forever to load, if it created a gif/png of words after you were done that'd be way more marketable.

Marketable? You create fonts out of the application, The most important thing is downloading it to see if it works :P
The flash takes about 10 seconds to load but that's expected since it's an entire program basically loading in flash, I've never seen anything like this.
