Can I make glitters on Animation Shop?
& what version of psp do I need to make glitters?

PSP and AS work together. AS will "animate" what you make in psp. Any version of PSP can be used to make 'glitters'.
PSP7 is a much older version, but is very user friendly for beginners.

you can do glitters in any psp

i use a plug in called eye candy to make mine

Cool plugin to have is Alien Xenofex. Makes wonderful glitter stuff and other cool things.

the tut I have is just a random glitter letters, tutorial, but if you want a tut with effects, I can make one for ya :)
