abrViewer problems

Do any of you guys use abrViewer to convert photoshop brushes to images?
If so, have any of you had this problem where when you open it, it doesn't open and says;

The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application.

Does anyone know how to fix that and exactly what the problem is?
