A lot of WTB threads have been popping up and none of them got locked/deleted.
Are we allowed to place WTB threads outside the marketplace now?

A bit confused about Scilynt's reply..
We decided a while ago, at least for the time being, that we wouldn't be real strict with the WTB threads as long as they didn't get too crazy and people didn't take advantage of it too much.

At least until there is a good option for WTB that is.

Doesn't mean everyone should jump out there and start doing it though but just to give you guys an idea why mods "weren't jumping all over it"

So I guess that means that it's allowed..

Also there is a report post button.
If we miss something that whats its for.

True but the whole thing was just unclear because there were so many wtb threads already that were left open (I believe they were more than the links I posted but I can't recall them).

Moderators are around and posting, one of those wtb threads had a lot of replies so it kept getting bumped to the index, I'm sure one of them must have seen it. I don't think its a members' duty to take over moderator jobs by reporting everything.

Yeah, I posted a WTB thread when I wanted to buy something (cost me $5.00 in the marketplace), was bummed out to see them being posted every couple of days without anything being done and then being bumped and replied to over and over and over again.

If the mods themselves are unsure what to do, Put it up for discussion in the mod forum or something and set some ground rules and let us know when it's decided please.

Any chance that comes up it is the same people attacking the mods.

As I said if you see something you don't like report it.............but no.It took a few hours and there it was.The exact post I was expecting about why should we.Then the next smart *** one and then the next and so on.
Just grow up.
