i saw these in a thread for sale in the market place.

i was wondering how to make them in paint shop pro if you can make them in that.

I did it in Photoshop once. I think I rotated then tweened. I can't see if that works yet because I don't have my laptop back yet. This sucks!

yeah it can , I made them in PS but Im not telling how lol its not difficult though no tweening necessary just rotation

Get the sunrays brushes. Now your main graphic let's say it's 400x400.

Open up a new seperate layer and make it 500x500...remember the rays gotta be larger here to go on your "main" graphic. Using 3 layers for each brush. Rotate each slightly.

Now drag the 3 layers to your main graphic.

Bingo.

Oh I ain't spilling beans...I do that ray technique too in my graphics.

Yeah I agree with Mixi, Just figure it out yourself... Some of the problems people are having is just being able to make what they can and asking how to make everything else, If everyone knew how to copy eachother that would um. Suck.
I suggest if you have trouble with certain things, find tutorials on each seperate thing but not try to bug someone to tell you how to make a certain graphic; find tutorials on how to make things beveled, chrome outline, how to add a stroke to text etc. Looks very simple.

Just play around with it I am sure you'll figure it out. This is really hard to explain. But to sum it up, just rotate the rays in each frame=)
