Remove PM cap

You only have 12 posts, it is automatically removed after you have 15 posts.

I thought this had to do with the 1,000 PM storage limit... I haven't seen a request to have it lifted yet.


And Jason, why does it say you have over 7,000 posts still? I thought I fixed that :s
