The fact that the links are in a very bad position (bottom right) combined with the fact you are only currently getting 300 uniques p/day a day means it isn't a very appealing exchange, I doubt anyone would receive a single click.

I had a webmaster build this website for me , and now I have another webmaster and he is going to correct a few things on the web site. I will give him this information and see if he can correct this.

The reason for trying to get a pr 5 is that I have a lot of links with no pr and just trying to build some traffic. I knew it would be a long shot, but had to try anyway.
If a person don't try, then he won't succeed right?

Well I'm not going to knock you for asking. There are other ways to get links including PR5's.

At this site http://info.vilesilencer.com/main.php?rock=seo-friendly-list.php you can submit your site to as many free directory services as you want.
The list of directories can be downloaded in a spreadsheet which makes it very easy.
Start with the high PR sites and work your way down.

The PR flows through and you receive traffic from the directories.
