man somehow my girlfriend goes on and checks out everthing I have done on my profile all day. She can check today, last week, last month.
Hows does she do it?

Try deleting your History guy......

Go to tools in top of page then select options then select Delete cookies and the Temp files and then History.

If you do this then her days of checking on you will be HISTORY..

why should you be worried, if your a loyal boyfriend then she has nothing to worry about but I know how some girls are if your even getting messages from other chics they go totally rank hehehehe...

just delete everything comments, messages, pic comments etc etc

lol! Just what I was thinking.

She's reading through the history on your browser.

In Internet Explorer, if you click on Tools > Internet Options > Delete (Browsing history) > Delete History, she shouldn't be able to see what you've been up to online.

Unless, of course, she has been really naughty and installed monitoring software, for example, Spector (http://www.spectorsoft.com/index.html), on your computer ;)

Hahaha, delete the history just like mcfox said, that should work, if not change your password, or even get a new account that she doesnt know about and have all of your previous friends to add that one.
