I am in negociations to be the exclusive link broker for a few HUGE myspace sites.
These links will be expensive since the sites receive crazy traffic. So... how much would you be able to afford for a weekly link? Considering your earnings per visitor how much would you pay for one?
Throw me some numbers so I can chat with these guys and let them know more or less what they can expect, don't want the links to be too expensive.

It's tough to say without knowing what you mean by "HUGE". So I'll base it off of $1 per 10,000 for a week. So a site with 100,000 daily, I'd pay $100 per week. Other things go into that though, I won't pay that much if there are 20 other links to contend with.

Well, that's why I asked for people to calculate their aprox. earnings per visitor. For example someone might be able to pay $100 and make a nice profit, while another one might end up loosing money
Although $100 is the figure I had in mind. I still need to check the traffic the sites get and maybe do a test to see how many clicks they can generate to other sites.

It all depends on the quantity and quality of traffic, obviously, prominence, and as Miller points out, how many other links are listed next to mine.
I'd pretty much concur with his $100 per 100,000 daily although there is clearly room in there for some leeway up or down.

Yeah, kind of difficult to calculate without any stats... I'll gather them up and see what you think

I'd be happy to be a test person if you need one and I'll pay the $100 per 100,000 unique.

You could also base it off what your site was doing Fryman. $100 a week for what your site was doing for a while there would be a fair deal for both ends. They these other sties are getting a lot more (quality) traffic than yours was, then you can go from there.
Would these be exclusive links? Or just adding to a massive list they already have? Keep in mind the more links they have the less traffic people paying will get. It really all comes down to how many hits the paying sites can get regardless what kind of traffic the other site is doing it. At least that is what matters for the people paying lol.
Add me to the list of interested :).

$0, I'll go to them directly.
Same here, though I think they are giving fryman exclusive control over their links section. So they may just refer you onto him if you enquire.
