I want to disable nabbr on my local machine. The player keeps taking my bandwidth while i browse my website. Any easy solution so that I can disable and enable it whenever i wish.

Just use firefox with the adblock plugin. Go to your website and disable the ad in adblock. You can easily enable and disable the adblock plugin in firefox.
